Strengthening Trust & Relationships

We stepped away from the day-to-day to strengthen trust, deepen communication, and celebrate the unique strengths each person brings to URA. Through creative activities, problem-solving challenges, and lighthearted games, we were reminded that teamwork thrives on both joy and intentionality. Every exercise pushed us to listen more closely, encourage one another, and grow as a family united in purpose.

SWOT Analysis: Honest Reflection for Growth

In a spirit of openness and humility, our team walked through a detailed SWOT analysis. Together, we celebrated the strengths that make URA unique, acknowledged the weaknesses that challenge us, explored new opportunities for innovation, and named the threats that call for vigilance. These discussions helped us sharpen our perspective and establish clear strategies for growth in the months ahead.

Vision Casting: Looking Ahead

With hearts aligned, we shifted from reflection to vision casting. This time was marked by prayer, shared dreams, and conversations about where God is leading URA. We explored bold new initiatives, discussed long-term sustainability, and reaffirmed our commitment to compassionate care. The retreat gave us space to lift our eyes from the urgent needs of today and look toward the horizon with faith and clarity.

A Place of Rest and Refreshing

The setting of Flying A Ranch gave our team the gift of stillness. Scenic views, unhurried meals, and shared laughter around the table created an atmosphere of renewal. This intentional rhythm of work and rest reminded us that resilience in the field begins with being restored ourselves. The retreat encouraged balance—showing us that great impact flows out of healthy, whole leaders.

Moving Forward Together

We concluded our retreat with a renewed sense of unity and direction. Gratitude filled our hearts as we reflected on the breakthroughs, honest conversations, and God-inspired vision that emerged during our time together. Equipped with new strategies and strengthened relationships, the URA team is moving forward with courage and compassion—ready to bring light, love, and life to every community we serve.
