From Flooded Streets to Restored Hope-See How God Is Moving in Kerrville.

Only God Image

Only God.

There are moments in life when words just don’t seem big enough—when you witness something so beautiful, so powerful, so undeniably divine, that all you can say is, “Only God.”

When the floods came, they didn’t just wash through streets—they flooded homes, memories, and hearts. But in the destruction, hope began to rise.

United Rescue Alliance showed up—not just with supplies, but with hearts ready to serve. We didn’t come with all the answers, but we came with a willingness to listen, to love, and to be present in the mess.

A Warehouse Becomes a Place of Miracles

What started as an empty space, quickly turned into a hub of compassion. Thanks to generous partners like Brian Blume and his donation of BioClean, and Chike with gallon buckets, we began mixing a mold-killing solution to help families reclaim their homes.

That hot power washer we needed? The Lord brought it at just the right moment through a man on Facebook Marketplace. That’s the kind of God we serve.

Homes Visited. Hearts Touched.

One of the greatest honors has been sitting with families—hearing their stories, weeping with them, and getting our hands dirty alongside them. People like Johnny, who entrusted us to help restore his generational property. It wasn’t just cleanup—it was healing.

From Spam to Spiritual Encounters

While packing supplies for a man named Miles—serving first responders—God prompted us to include Spam. When Miles saw it, he teared up. As a man from Hawaii, Spam is a taste of home. It was God’s way of whispering, “I see you. I know you. I love you.”

Hands and Feet—From All Over

This week we partnered with Convergence Church from Fort Worth to equip and train volunteers, pack buckets, distribute Watts of Love solar lights, and clean treasured belongings. Every act was fueled by a shared desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Light always breaks through the darkness.

The Work Isn’t Finished

We’ve seen lives touched and hope restored—but the road ahead is still long. Mold remediation continues. Families still need supplies. Volunteers are still needed. And hearts still need to know they are not alone.

If you’ve been praying, giving, or serving—thank you. You are part of this story. If you’re just learning about our work, there’s still time to join the mission.
