REFUND
If cancellation is necessary 15 days or more prior to the start of scheduled live training, then all Tuition Fees will be refunded. Application fees are non-refundable. All online pre-requisite course fees are non-refundable. Books and resources may not be returned for a refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to the start of training will result in all paid funds being forfeited and no refunds provided. If a trainee should leave the training program of their own volition for any reason after the start of the training, the trainee forfeits all tuition fees they have paid and/or agreed to pay through a payment plan, and all Ministry Receiver fees paid into their account.
If a trainee is asked to leave the training program before the end of the training they are participating in, they may be refunded up to 50% of remaining tuition fees, per RTFI discretion. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
